Express Your Joy First Readers Team

Collect your thoughts, restore your SELF, and recommit to your purpose, intentions as a mother, and the legacy you want to leave.

Express Your Joy Creative Journal for Moms is handcrafted with lots of love for moms who want to create the space for self-care and reflection, reconnect with themselves, and appreciate more of the beauty around them.

The journal is a mix of a little writing and a little doodling, but you do NOT need to be a writer or an artist to have a lot of fun with it. Get your head and heart onto paper a few minutes at a time so that you can be that presence in your family.

Sign up now to be a First Reader and be a part of the creation of this journal.

As a First Reader, you’ll get a free printable beta version of the journal to try out and a free printable journal once it’s completed. Print it out, write all over it, and get your feedback to me by September 27 by answering a few painless questions.

My goal is to launch the journal to the big, wide world around Thanksgiving time (but I’m allowing this whole thing to be slow and steady). Once we get there, the First Reader Team will also help me spread the word an honest Amazon review and easy to share social media posts.

Leslie Ralph

Hi, I'm Leslie, and I work with moms who are tired of feeling exhausted and defeated. I help them redefine their priorities and treat themselves with compassion (rather than guilt) so that they can do what matters most, be present with their kids, and take back control of their own health and happiness.

I’m a psychologist in my professional life. I’ve worked with well over a thousand individuals through therapy, coaching, and workshops and logged thousands of hours doing it. My work has also been featured on Tiny Buddha, Mind Body Green, Positively Positive, Mother's Quest, Parent.co, and Mamalode (not to mention a few professional journals and conferences).

My background in positive psychology, self-compassion, meditation, and mindfulness is the special sauce I add to my work with moms. With my signature blend of joyful projects, guided journal exercises, and delicious meditations, I bring the science of happier living to your daily life in bite-sized, easy-to-use strategies.

The bottom line? I want to help you nurture yourself and bottle up the good stuff in life + kids so that you can make your own life one big happy place.

With your feedback, I'll get right back to work finishing up the whole journal with an expected launch date in November. Everything you'll need as a First Reader will be available in the First Reader Team Area here.
How long do I have access to the journal?
The printable journal is yours forever.
